The Red implementation is great, though i haven't had a red job since getting resolve, but just playing around with it, it's a much better implementation. I feel like i'm now much faster with Resolve than i ever was with Color. Things that I missed from Color I've found ways to work around, and the new version of Resolve will have Hue and Saturation Curves, which were the main thing i was missing. I've had some stability issues though, and i've trained myself to save often. Apparently auto save can cause problems, so i've been going without it. It'll just randomly lock up, and i'll have to force quit. All in all though, i can't ever go back. The render times are astonishingly quick. Conforming can be a real pain though, but i've been figuring it out the best i can. I'll be getting the next Mac Pro and a new Raid whenever the new towers come out, and i'll spec it to the exact specs, and it'll hopefully solve my stability issues. I'm following the guide, but i've kinda mixed two of their recommended setups. But more and more, i have the feeling it's my raid that's the issue, but i'm not entirely sure.
